Biology

Characteristics

Bezeldew is an insectoid Loomian with four arms, which it uses to prey upon Goppies, according to its description. It resembles the pupal stage of many insects, especially dragonflies and mosquitoes. It has two deep blue compound eyes and purple mouthparts. Its habitat of stagnant water and common appearance during rain suggests it is based off a mosquito. The back arms of Bezeldew are shaped like paws.

Origin

Bezeldew's name derives from the words bezel and dew, as Bezeldew and the rest of its evolutionary line seem to be based off of aquatic bugs, such as mayflies and diving beetles. Dew is the moisture condensed upon a surface, therefore relating to its species and type.
