Held Items are a type of item that has an effect on the Loomian holding it.

Item Effects
Kabunga Coffee
Gives the holder a 10% chance to restore 1/8 (12.5%) of its maximum Energy at the end of every turn.
Mysterious Dust
Has a 1/3 (33.3%) chance to cure the holder's non-volatile status ailment at the end of the turn.
Energy Orb
While held, the Energy Cost of the holder's moves are decreased by 25%.
Drain Orb
The holder will drain 20% more Health from the target when using any Health-Draining Moves.
Health Amulet
The holder regains 1/16 (6.25%) of its maximum Health at the end of each turn.
Milkshake
When the holder's Health drops below 50%, it will restore 25% of its Health back. This item is consumed after use for the rest of the battle.
Power Cuffs
The holder's Melee and Ranged moves deal 20% more damage, but cost 25% more Energy to use.
Heavy Armor
The holder's Melee Defense is increased by 20%, but their moves cost 15% more Energy to use.
Heavy Shield
The holder's Ranged Defense is increased by 20%, but their moves cost 15% more Energy to use.
Heavy Shackles
The holder will tend to move last in battle.
Thunder Orb
The holder becomes paralyzed at the end of the turn.
Volcanic Ash
The holder becomes burned at the end of the turn.
Essence
The Strength of the holder's moves are increased by 20% if the type of move used corresponds with the type of Essence held.
Mystic Wand
If held by Shawchi, increases the Strength of Ranged Moves by 50%.
Drop of Youth
The holder gains 40% more Melee Defense and Ranged Defense when held if they are not in its final evolution.
Chocolate Bar
The holder has its first move cost zero Energy. This item is consumed after use for the rest of the battle.
Strong Magnet
In a Double Battle, the first Metal-type Move used by an opponent in battle will target the holder, even if the original target was an ally. Future Metal-type Moves used will target normally.
Protein Shake
The holder gains double Training Points while this item is held.
Pearl
The holder takes 50% less damage from a single move that corresponds to the type of Pearl held. This item is consumed after use for the rest of the battle.
Shell
The holder deals 50% more damage with a single move that corresponds to the type of Shell held. This item is consumed after use for the rest of the battle.
Rageful Plushie
If the holder is hit by a super-effective move, its Melee Attack and Ranged Attack stats are increased by two stages each. This item is consumed after use for the rest of the battle.
Clutch Plushie
If the holder is at full Health and is hit by a move that will knock it out, it will survive on one Health and lose 10% of its remaining Energy. This item is consumed after use for the rest of the battle.
Specialty Gloves
The holder's Melee Attack is increased by 50%, but is locked into the first move it uses upon entering the battle.
Specialty Goggles
The holder's Ranged Attack is increased by 50%, but is locked into the first move it uses upon entering the battle.
Specialty Boots
The holder's Speed is increased by 50%, but is locked into the first move it uses upon entering the battle.
Burst Crystal
Allows the holder to transform into its Soul Burst form for the remainder of the battle if their respective Burst Crystal is held.
