In Battle[]
If a Loomian at full Health is equipped with a Clutch Plushie, it can withstand any attack that would knock it out, but the holder will lose one tenth of its remaining Energy, rounded down to the nearest whole number, and the Clutch Plushie will be consumed for the rest of the battle. This item can only be activated once every battle.
Overworld[]
Clutch Plushie has no effect outside of battle.
