In Battle[]
If a Loomian at full Health is equipped with a Clutch Plushie, any attack that would knock it out will instead leave it with 1 hit-point, and the Clutch Plushie will be consumed for the rest of the battle. This item can only be activated once per battle. It is not lost upon consumption and will reappear once the battle has ended.
Overworld[]
Clutch Plushie has no effect outside of battle.
