Deeplake Tomb

Deeplake Tomb is an underground hollow located at the bottom of Lagoona Lake and accessed via the Underwater Mining Vessel. It is initially sealed behind a set of stone doors that require all six Deeplake Relics, treasures found in the lake, to open.

Description[]

The tomb is a large stone room. At the center of the tomb is a large, rotting, decapitated Cephalops, with green eggs found near the edges. The large Cephalops corpse is presumably the mother which has been eaten by her hatchlings. In front of her is a smaller Cephalops that can be caught. Smaller Cephalops eggs are found near the walls of the room.

Catching Cephalops[]

When the gate is opened by inserting all six Deeplake Relics onto the gate, the player can ride the UMV into the tomb. The player will be able to walk after entering the tomb and is greeted with a small Cephalops standing in front of a larger, deceased one. The player can then battle it by clicking/tapping on it. After the battle, the player will be shown the stats page of the caught Cephalops if applicable and can choose whether to save or discard the results of the battle. The latter option returns all of the player's Loomians to their original state and all of the items used during the battle, giving the player a second chance to catch Cephalops again, until they are satisfied with the results.
