Game Events are special periods during which Loomians and/or items may be available through methods exclusive to those events. Thirty-four game events have been held in Loomian Legacy - Veils of Shadow so far.
In addition to their unusual appearance, Event Loomians can be identified by a yellow symbol with the Greek letter epsilon (ε) on their summary page. A yellow marker can also be identified on the trading UI when showing an Event Loomian.
2024 Holiday Event[]
- Version: v0.4.24
- Date: December 21st, 2024
The 2024 Holiday Event introduced five new Loomians: Jimby, Piccolio, Wassel, Borealisk, and Grimyuline, as well as a Lumberjack form of Ursoul, Holiday forms of Skilava, Geksplode, Eruptidon, Kittone, Lyricat, and Duskit, Gingerbread forms of Grievestone and Obelost, and 6 Toy forms of Protogon. These Loomians could all be obtained at Jolly Village, accessible through the RTD. Jolly Village has received a revamp, as well as the removal of the Great Gift Exchange minigame in favor of the Frozen Forest Maze. Upon entering Jolly Village for the first time, Mr. Jolly tells the player that he lost the key to his house in the maze and tasks them with finding it. Players can also find Peppermint scattered throughout the maze and use them to purchase items at Peppermint Swap, operated by Mr. Jolly.
On January 10th, 2025, an update added a Holiday form of Odoyaga to Jolly Village, as well as the re-addition of the "A Chilling Surprise" Raid Battle, where players could re-battle Incarnate Icigool, and a new "Seeing Stars" Raid Battle where players could battle Stellarchime Celesting. Both Raid Battles reward various items for defeating the Soul Burst Loomians, including Discs and customization options for players' Profile Cards. Masks of Loomians could also be found on the ground inside the Jolly Village Frozen Forest Maze and the vault inside Mr. and Mrs. Jolly's house could be interacted with, giving players items for unlocking it. Milo's Market was also added to Jolly Village.

- Date: October 18th-November 18th, 2024
The 2024 Halloween Event introduced seven new Loomians: Banooh, Banokey, Spirwix, Malevowax, Grievestone, Obelost, and Nymesis, as well as a Jack-O-Lantern form of Elephage and Phagenaut, a Halloween form of Swirelle, 3 forms of Halloween Mochibi, and 6 Halloween forms of Dakuda. These Loomians could all be obtained at the Trick Retreat, a Halloween-themed version of Sweet Retreat, accessible through the RTD. Trick Retreat is split into two areas, Sweet Sanctuary and Haunted Woods, with each area having its own encounter pool. The Cake Creation minigame from Sweet Retreat has recieved a spooky makeover and will award players Cake Points that can be used to purchase items at Head Chef's Goodies, operated by Dr. Haloine. Fifth Anniversary Event[]
- Version: v0.4.20
- Date: July 19th-August 5th, 2024
In celebration of the game's five-year anniversary, three new reskins were exclusively added to Lotusun Beach, being a Surfboard form of Mirrami and Mirraith, a Surfer form of Dractus, Frutress, and Seedrake, and a Lifeguard form of Sharpod and Samarine. These reskins were the winners of a Summer Reskin Design Contest hosted by Llama Train Studio during the 2024 Loomunity Event. In addition, a Plush form of Duskit could be found exclusively roaming in Lotusun Beach for the event. An NPC named Hunter also appeared on the pier and tasked players with capturing specific Loomians on the beach (Snagull, Lumica, Kanki, and Makame, respectively) with a Bronze Large size or bigger. These Loomians must be caught by the player after the event began. The size of a Loomian can be viewed to the left of a Loomian in the Overview tab of the Loomians app. He would give players Boost Tokens, a new Saddle, and each of the new summer-themed reskins for completing his quests. During this event, the pity system was affected by fishing in the waters of Lotusun Beach.

- Version: v0.4.17 (4/1/2024)
- Date: April 1st, 2024
All Loomian models, sprites, and mounts are flipped upside down.
Antics from the previous year were brought back: mounts had a 1/5 chance to turn into many different vehicles upon using them, and when viewing an Oxidrake's stat page, the starting pose is changed to be reminiscent of its older model. Additionally, the event returned the 2022 features where all Loomian cries were replaced with the Discord notification sound and the player's Loomian swapped places with the opposing Loomian in a battle, the 2021 features of Corrupt Loomians obtaining wisps and Weather exclusively occurring inside indoor locations like Igneus Hollow and Aranatta Trench, and the 2020 features of Twilat becoming larger, Ikazune becoming a small form of The Pagoda, and NPCs facing away from the player when talked to.
2024 Easter Event[]
- Version: v0.4.17
- Date: March 22nd-April 8th, 2024
The 2024 Easter Event re-added the Egg Rain weather, where eggs could yet again be found laying on the floor - if collected, they have a 3/4 (75%) chance of being an Easter Egg item and a 1/4 (25%) chance of being Kyeggo. Seven new forms of Kyeggo were added, replacing the previous ones that could've been encountered during the 2023 Easter Event. Easter Eggschange also returned, with new Fab Disc colors able to be bought. The Raging Dreggodyne Raid Battle also made a return, with slight changes made to the loot pool and the Dreggodyne Raid Boss. A new Saddle could be obtained from beating the Raid Battle.
When encountering a Kyeggo during the 2024 Easter Event, it had a 1/3 (33.3%) chance to be its Normal form, a 1/6 (16.67% each) to be its Pastel Egg, Triangle Striped, or Runic form, a 1/17 (5.88%) chance to be its Gold form, and a 1/300 (0.33% each) to be its Orange, Violet, or Teal Faberge form.

- Date: July 20th-August 14th, 2023
In celebration of the game's four-year anniversary, Llamba was added permanently to the game, able to be found anywhere in Roria at a 1/60 chance. The location of where Llamba can be found changes daily at 12 am CDT, and players can check its current location by talking to an NPC in the Rally Ranch building. The title logo was also changed to say "Llamian Legacy". This change was reverted in v0.4.11b.
On July 26th, an update added six new mineral-themed reskins of Copling that are able to be found anywhere in the wild. The Gleaming Encounters ×16 LoomiBoost's boost is quadrupled to ×64 for Alpha Gleam Event Coplings, while the Gleaming Charm's boost is doubled to ×4. The Oxidrake Saddle could be obtained by showing the man on Lotusun Beach a Gold Copling, Copperage, or Oxidrake. Boost Tokens could also be obtained daily by catching a Loomian of three different types and returning to the man on Lotusun Beach.
On July 28th, an update added more permanent additions to the game. Cheshma Town received the brand new Cheshma Train Station, and inside is an NPC named Reggie who has a sidequest ready for players to complete. Upon doing so, players receive a Choochew Saddle and receive the ability to put a train conductor hat on a Llamba, Choochew, or Loomala by giving one to Reggie.

2023 Rainbow Event[]
- Version: v0.4.10
- Date: June 9th-July 3rd, 2023
Rainbow Rick made a return this year, this time at Bob's Pond. He tasked players to find 6 Scales by defeating or capturing special Colored Goppie found in the pond. The first Colored Goppie had a 1/5 (20%) chance of appearing in the pond, and each subsequent Colored Goppie got rarer and rarer to find after collecting a Scale. After collecting every colored Scale, Rainbow Rick then tasked players with defeating the Rainbow Master, Vivian, yet again. After beating her, she would turn players' colored Scales into a Rainbow Scale which could be taken to Rainbow Rick. After giving Rainbow Rick the Rainbow Scale, he would give the player a Rainbow Goppie as a reward for completing his quest. The Rainbow Goppie obtained is trade-locked and evolvable, but does not have a rainbow wisp. Rainbow Goppies that have the wisp and are tradable could've been found whilst fishing in Bob's Pond at a rare chance. Rainbow versions of Florant, Nymaurae, and Pyramind could've also been found anywhere in the wild in Roria. The Rainbow Pyramind found can be evolved into Pharoglyph.
On June 23rd, an update added a scavenger hunt to Bob's Pond. Here, an NPC tasked players with catching one Loomian of every Type in the game. Upon doing so, they would award players three Omni Discs. Omni Discs are special discs that allow for the capture of a Loomian without fail. Similar to Goppie, Pyramind had 6 Colored versions added to the game with a 1/300 chance to be encountered, and an additional 1/100 chance to be encountered with a wisp.

2023 Easter Event[]
- Version: v0.4.8
- Date: April 8th–May 16th, 2023
The 2023 Easter Event introduced a new limited-time Weather: Egg Rain. During an Egg Rain, eggs could be found laying on the floor - if collected, it has a 9/10 (90%) chance of being an Easter Egg item and a 1/10 (10%) chance of being the new Loomian Kyeggo. The odds were later changed to a 5/6 (83.33%) chance of being an Easter Egg item and a 1/6 (16.67%) chance of being the new Loomian Kyeggo. There was also a new limited time shop, called the Easter Eggschange. Here, players can exchange their Easter Eggs for new Discs, Training Gummies, Boost Tokens and a new Saddle.
On April 29th, 2023, an update added a Raid Battle System where players could earn rewards for successfully taking down the Raid Boss, Dreggodyne. Multiple new items were also added, including the Fractured Crown to evolve Doreggo into Dreggodyne, the Radianite Egg which gives Dreggodyne a Radiant effect, a few new Discs and a new Saddle.
The new Loomian Kyeggo also comes in many different forms. The base form is the most common and has a 37% encounter chance on top of the 16.67% of getting a Kyeggo from an Easter Egg. Uncommon Kyeggos (Frilly, Zigzag, and Stripped) each have a 18.7% encounter chance while the Rare Kyeggo (Star) only has a 6% encounter chance. The rarest amongst all the Kyeggo skins are the Faberge Kyeggos, each having a mere 0.33% encounter chance.

Additionally, the event returned the 2021 feature of Corrupt Loomians obtaining wisps and the 2020 features of Twilat becoming larger, Ikazune becoming a small form of The Pagoda, and NPCs facing away from the player when talked to.

Rainbow Event[]
Players had to talk to Rainbow Rick to start his quest. He tasked players to defeat 6 trainers across Roria to obtain tufts of different colors. After finishing his quest, Rainbow Rick then tasked players with defeating the Rainbow Master. After doing so, he gave the player a Rainbow Vari as a reward.
