Jolly Festival

Jolly Festival is an event-exclusive, Holiday-themed version of Uhnne Fair and was the main hub of the 2023 Holiday Event. It is based on a carnival and houses tents, a carousel, and carnival games.

Mr. Jolly's Quest[]

Upon entering Jolly Festival for the first time, players approach Mr. Jolly, who tells them that a strange Loomian has stolen the toy building instructions as well as many of their building supplies. He tasks the player with entering the maze and helping track down the materials needed to make toys. The building materials can be found scattered all throughout the maze and can be stored inside workshops to be crafted into toys. When the player has crafted all six toys, they can return to Mr. Jolly, who gives them a Mask Fragment, which can be used in combination with the Broken Mask to encounter Mimask.

Catching Mimask[]

Mimask is located inside the mansion and to the left. When the player interacts with the faceless Mimask while having both the Broken Mask and Mask Fragment, they will put both pieces on it, and Mimask will come to life, starting a battle between them and the player. The player has a chance to catch Mimask, and when the battle ends, they are given a choice if they want to redo the battle or if they are satisfied with the results of the battle. If the player is satisfied, they will no longer be able to redo the battle, and their game will be saved.

"A Chilling Surprise" Raid Battle[]

Masks of the Loomians Duskit, Ikazune, Twilat and Kabunga are scattered throughout the Evergreen Maze, with each one having notes that present two digits. These digits are unique for each player and they can be inputted into the vault inside the mansion. Upon successfully doing so, a present inside opens to a Snow Shovel, which can be used to dig up the pile of snow near the gate to the mansion. This will unlock the "A Chilling Surprise" Raid Battle where players can battle the Soul Burst form of Icigool, Incarnate Icigool. Players can either team up with another player in the same server or enter in solo and team up with either Lucas, Lucy or Jake. The raid has two difficulties, being Normal and Nightmare. Nightmare is unlocked after defeating the Normal difficulty. Defeating the Normal difficulty gives an Iciburst and defeating the Nightmare difficulty gives an Icigool Saddle I.

Jolly Festival Evergreen Maze[]

The Jolly Festival Evergreen Maze is a maze that takes place inside of a tree farm. Six players can participate in the maze per round. Every round, the maze's walls and starting point are randomized. Players are given six minutes to reach the finish. Upon first completion, the player is rewarded with the Broken Mask. Finishing the maze after already obtaining the Broken Mask will reward 25 Peppermint. Peppermint is also scattered throughout the maze, as are workshops that contain item boxes that either hold special Discs or an Impkin, depending on whether the item box is shaking or not.

As warned by Mr. Jolly, the maze is not as calm as it seems. A Holiday Nevermare roams around the maze and will chase after players if they are spotted. While players are being chased, their FOV is widened. The workshops found throughout the maze can act as a safe zone for players who are being chased by Nevermare. If players are caught by Nevermare, a cutscene will trigger in which they are attacked and sent back to the festival. Bear traps left by Barbadger can also be found scattered on the floor of the maze, and touching one triggers a cutscene where Barbadger attacks the player, sending them back to the festival.

Added in the Jolly Festival Part 2 update, masks of Loomians can be found on the ground inside the maze along with two random digits that are different for each player. These can be inputted into the vault inside the mansion. Players can do this a maximum of four times, with each time giving a different reward. The rewards are, in order, a Snow Shovel, three Boost Tokens, five Boost Tokens, and a Celebration Disc B.

Also scattered throughout the maze are certain building materials which can be stored in workshops found throughout the maze. They are used to craft certain items. Up to five of each building material can be stored on the shelf along the left side of the workshop. Six recipes for toys are found along the back wall inside the workshop. Upon completing all six, players can return to Mr. Jolly and obtain a Mask Fragment.

After obtaining the Mask Fragment, a random set of three building materials will appear each day and can be completed to obtain one Boost Token. This requires having the Tidal Medal.
