Kell's Shop is a shop ran by Kell, an NPC at Route 8. Players can bring Voidstones recovered from Lagoona Lake and have them turned into Voidstone Discs, which have 3.5 times the effectiveness of catching Loomians of specific types compared to Capture Discs.
