The rules and guidelines of Loomian Legacy Wiki are listed below. Breaking these rules will result in punishments ranging from a warning to a block, depending on the severity and frequency of the infractions. Please read the text in bold before editing or creating any pages. If you have questions about any of these rules, please contact an Administrator or Bureaucrat.
Rules
Warning and Blocking Policy
- Warnings are given out for small offenses. Three warnings are given before a block.
- Severe offenses can result in a direct block.
- After receiving three blocks, the fourth block will be one year long.
- Abusing multiple accounts to bypass a block is not allowed. Doing so may cause a lengthening of a block on all accounts owned by the blocked person. However, having alternate accounts is allowed on the wiki.
Editing
- Do not vandalize! Vandalism is intentionally making edits to disrupt the wiki, such as removing content from pages, adding false information, or inserting spam or gibberish. This includes vandalizing another user's profile page. Vandalism will ALWAYS result in a block, with the length depending on the scale of vandalism.
- No foul language or inappropriate content! This applies not only to pages, but also in blog posts, discussion posts, images, and the live chat. Foul language can result in a warning.
- No plagiarism! Do not copy information from other websites or wikis word for word. Plagiarism can result in a warning.
- No unreleased content! Please do not upload images or add information about content from future versions of the game, unless it is publicly announced by a developer or another verified source.
- No bulk editing! Please do not make the same/similar edits to more than 10 pages without first discussing it with wiki staff.
- Use clear, grammatically correct English on pages. American English is preferred (defense not defence, color not colour). However, we will usually not warn you if we see that your intentions are good.
- Only add existing categories to pages. Before you add a category to a page, check to see if that category has other pages in it. Adding too many unapproved categories may result in a warning.

Page Creation
- Unless you know how to create a page perfectly based on our formatting, only Content Moderators and above have permission to create pages in the main namespace. If you want to create a page, please use the Drafts system. Incomplete or poorly-written pages in the main namespace will be moved to a draft or deleted.
- Pages must be about a valid topic. Only currently existing locations, notable teams or characters, items, types, tools like the RTD, or game mechanics should have articles in the main namespace. At least a section of the article must be unique to Loomian Legacy. Otherwise, do not create a page.
- Pages for inaccessible content are not allowed. Only currently accessible places, Loomians, and items have their own main namespace articles. Please be patient and wait until the content is released. Open—speculation should go to user blogs or discussion.
