Metronette is a Dark/Mind-type Loomian introduced in Loomian Legacy - Veils of Shadow that roamed in Dr. Haloine's Nightmare during the 2020 Halloween Event, in Uhnne Fair during the 2021 and 2022 Halloween Events, in Haunted Village during the 2023 Halloween Event, and in both areas of Trick Retreat during the 2024 and 2025 Halloween Events. It was designed by BluefireMochi.

Metronette's Nutcracker form could be found in Jolly Village during the 2022 Holiday Event at a 1/1024 (0.1%) chance.

Metronette's Noli form could be obtained by completing the Loomian Legacy x Forsaken collab found in Trick Retreat during the 2025 Halloween Event. It could also be found anywhere in Trick Retreat after completing the quest at a 1/1024 (0.1%) chance. It was designed by BluefireMochi and modeled by Onigiri_Tsuki.

If Metronette holds a Metroburst, it can transform into Willbound Metronette during battle. It was designed by BluefireMochi and modeled by Zetheous.

Biology

Characteristics

Metronette looks very much like a marionette or a puppet. It has two pointed ears and a spherical head. Its head and shoulders seem to be covered with a cloth or hoodie. This hoodie extends to make two long pieces of hand-shaped cloth that hang off and wave behind the body as it hovers. It has no face but a jagged mouth on its mask that opens and closes slightly, along with a dark stripe that runs along the middle. It has a small body, with two circles on its belly and stripes on its arms and legs, resembling a suit.

Origin

Metronette may be a portmanteau of the words metronome and marionette, referring to its swinging idle animation and appearance.

Trivia

• Metronette is the first Loomian that is known to be able to talk to the player, the second one being Cosmiore, with the Crashed Cosmiore's Meteorite Exchange, and the third one being Odoyaga, while playing the minigame to unlock it in Haunted Village.
• Metronette is the first Loomian released to be both an Event and Roaming Loomian.
• Previously, it was the first Roaming Loomian to not have a base stat total of 650, only having a base stat total of 610 prior to v0.3.6a.
• Metronette's set encounter was resettable, thus giving the player another chance to catch Metronette. All items that were used during the battle would be restored when doing so.
• Metronette is the only Loomian to have its capture rate changed. This is due to the initial difficulty in catching it.
• Metronette was the first Roaming to have a unique task for its mastery. This was changed as of version v0.3.12. Its previous task was "Put an end to Dr. Haloine's nightmares," which could be accomplished by talking to Dr. Haloine after catching Metronette in Dr. Haloine's Nightmare. This was changed due to preventing mastery tasks from being event-locked.
  • In addition, Metronette is one of two Loomians to have only one task for mastery, the other being Novadeaus.
• On March 17^th, 2021, developers teleported YouTuber LuckyHD to Dr. Haloine's Nightmare and gave him a set encounter with Metronette as a joke.
• Metronette is the only Loomian to have an "Extremely Low" bond after being caught or obtained from a trade. Most Loomians instead begin with a "Mediocre" bond, with the exception of Metronette, Grievestone, Whimpor, Glacadia and Arceros.
• Metronette is the first Event Loomian to have an Event Reskin outside of its own Event.
  • Additionally, it is the first Event Loomian with a corresponding Saddle to have its Saddle released in an Event that is not its own.
• Metronette, Dakuda, and Celesting are currently the only Roaming Loomians that can Soul Burst.
• In an official comic, as well as being depicted in the Metro Disc and Metro Disc G, Metronette is seen as having a large eye in its mouth not present in its in-game model. The eye is, however, present in its Soul Burst form.
• The Alpha and Gamma Gleaming colorations of Noli Metronette are based on YAAI (You Are An Idiot) and ASPX, respectively, two skins of Noli in Forsaken
  • YAAI is based off an old trojan virus from the early 2010s, whilst ASPX is based off a character present in the Roblox game The Tempest where Noli originates from.
• All Noli Metronettes feature a special white "Collab" tag represented by two interlocking Cs due to its involvement with the Loomian Legacy x Forsaken collab during the 2025 Halloween Event.
