It could be obtained during the 2020 Halloween Event from Dr. Haloine's Sweet Exchange for 100 Spooky Treats, during the 2021 and 2022 Halloween Events from Dr. Haloine's Sweet Exchange for 100 Candy Corn, during the 2023 Halloween Event from Dr. Haloine's Sweet Exchange for 100 Treats, during the 2023 and 2024 Holiday Events from Peppermint Swap for 100 Peppermints, and during the 2024 Halloween Event from Head Chef's Goodies for 300 Cake Points.
