Roria is the fictional region that Loomian Legacy - Veils of Shadow is set in. It is the primary, and, up to this time, the only region to appear in the game and franchise. Roria is inhabited by various creatures called Loomians which players can catch, train and bond with.

Geography[]

Roria's ecosystems are mostly made up of forests and fields, with some more hilly areas sprinkled throughout. It is unclear how far Roria stretches. Over 200 Loomians (as of now) populate the area, most of which are natural but some of which are artificially created by POLUT Corp.

Roria is made of towns and various landmarks that are connected by routes. Major cities contain Battle Theatres where players can test their skills and battle against Battle Stars for medals.

Trivia[]

  • Roria has the same name as the setting of Loomian Legacy - Veils of Shadow's prequel game Pokémon Brick Bronze.
    • Some places in Roria also share their names with locations from Roria in Pokémon Brick Bronze, especially for areas accessible early on. However, the differences become more apparent gradually, with later locations having completely different names and environment.
