Route 6 is located east of Heiwa Village and west of Route 7. It is renowned for the world-famous Rally Ranch. The player is greeted with briar bushes at the beginning of the route, requiring the player to use the Controlled Burn app to remove them.
Description[]
Route 6 is a circular route that encircles a grassy area in the middle. The entrance to Heiwa Village is located on one side of the circle, while another entrance leading to Route 7 is located on the other. On the left of the route, there is a wooden lodge, being the Rally Ranch.

Loomiwatch Call[]
When the player burns down the briars at the beginning of the route, the player's father calls on the Loomiwatch. He tells the player that he has realized how dangerous the tablet pieces are, and that the player needs to collect them as fast as he/she can. The player's father continues to explain that the next chunk of the tablet is located on the outskirts of Sepharite City. He tells the player to head there, and ends the call.
Repellent Quest[]
On the right side of the circle, a group of boy scouts and an old man can be seen camping. The boys are about to earn their next scout badge by producing some repellents that are used for repelling wild Loomians. However, they face difficulties in collecting the materials because, before being mixed, the raw materials for producing the repellents attract Loomians instead. The leader asks the player to help them defeat Loomians that are chasing the boys while collecting the materials and will give the player three bottles of Repellent as a reward. Repellent will also be available in Loomian Goods stores after completing the quest.

- Route 6 is the only area to receive two music changes.
- The trainers on Route 6 are a good spot for players to train their Loomians in Melee, Ranged Attack and Defense as well as Speed and Health, respectively giving out 3 Training Points upon defeat.
- With all 6 trainers on this route available for multiple battles, Route 6 provides the most amount of trainers available for rematch out of any route in Roria.
- Route 6 is currently the only place with a corrupt set encounter that grants the player a shard.
