Silvent City is the first major city the player explores in Roria. It is a small city with a recent boom in growth due to the processing of the Soul Crystals found in Route 3. The player encounters the first Battle Theatre in his or her Roria journey here, while the city is also home to the Energy Crystal Refinery. Silvent City has gates which lead to Routes 3 and 4.
Notable Places[]
Energy Crystal Refinery[]
Silvent Energy Crystal Refinery is a factory located next to Silvent Battle Theatre. Factory workers inside refine the energy crystals collected from Galvanite Cave on Route 3, in preparation for energy extraction. The profit from this industry lead to the significant development of Silvent City, which is still ongoing to this day.
Silvent City Subs[]
Silvent City Subs is a small sub sandwich shop located to the immediate east of the Route 3 gate. It currently serves to progress in Reggie's sidequest to gather food from Silvent City, Heiwa Village, and Sepharite City, in order to decide where to build the next train station in Roria. A worker will give the player a Silvent Sub once talked to after initiating the sidequest inside Cheshma Train Station.
Silvent Battle Theatre[]
- Main article: Silvent Battle Theatre
The Silvent Battle Theatre is the first Battle Theatre the player encounters in the Roria region. It has the theme of balance, featuring mainly Light- and Dark-type Loomians. When approaching the Battle Theatre, an NPC will give the player a brief explanation on how Battle Theatres work. The player must consecutively defeat two trainers and solve three puzzles before facing the Battle Star. After defeating Battle Star Naya, the Harmony Medal is awarded. Naya then motions the player to head over to Galvanite Cave in order to get his or her LoomiWatch upgraded to install the LoomiWatch App Stunning Flash.

- Silvent City is the only major city in Loomian Legacy so far to have the same name as a city from the prequel game Pokémon Brick Bronze.
- An NPC that is standing in front of the Silvent Battle Theatre resembles Peter Griffin from Family Guy.
- Icigool and Kyeggo are the only Loomians that could be captured in Silvent City, due to long grass not being required to encounter them in their respective events.
