Soul Crystals are used to create power for Silvent City. They are mined in huge quantities in Galvanite Cave, located on Route 3, where a more special, more powerful, green-yellow crystal resides. A smaller crystal of the same color is created when the bigger crystal drips onto it, concentrating it and making it more powerful. Because it forms very slowly, only the worthy can harvest and use a sliver of the smaller crystal.
