Training Gummies are medicine items introduced in Loomian Legacy - Veils of Shadow used to increase a Loomian's Training Points by 10. They can be purchased at the Colosseum Marketplace for 4 Battle Tokens each and from Head Chef's Goodies for 10 Cake Points each. They can also be rewarded by completing levels in Trainer Mastery. In addition, they were obtainable during many past events and Ranked PvP seasons.

In Battle[]
Training Gummies have no direct effect or usage inside of battle. However, when used in the Overworld, they can have an effect in future battles.
Overworld[]
Training Gummies increase the Health, Energy, Melee Attack, Ranged Attack, Melee Defense, Ranged Defense or Speed Training Points, depending on the gummy, by 10 points when used on a Loomian. If a specific Training Gummy is used on a Loomian that has 200 TPs in that specific stat, and does not have 500 total TPs, then the Training Points will be given to the Loomian but will be unassigned to a stat.
Using a Training Gummy on Swishy when it has 40 or more total Training Points will evolve it into Fiscarna.
