A Training Gummy is a medicine Item introduced in Loomian Legacy - Veils of Shadow. They can be purchased at the Colosseum Marketplace for 4 Battle Tokens each, as well as from certain Event Shops. They can also be rewarded by completing levels in Trainer Mastery.

In Battle[]
Training Gummies have no direct effect or usage inside of battle. However, when used in the Overworld, they can have an effect in future battles.
Overworld[]
Training Gummies increase the Health, Energy, Melee Attack, Ranged Attack, Melee Defense, Ranged Defense or Speed Training Points, depending on the gummy, by 10 points when used on a Loomian, unless the Loomian already has the maximum of 200 points in a specific stat or 500 points total. Gummies can be equipped by Loomians and removed from them at any time, though they will have no effect if equipped.
Using a Training Gummy on Swishy when it has 40 or more total Training Points will evolve it into Fiscarna.
