Voidstone Discs can be thrown at an opposing wild Loomian in battle to capture it. Each type of disc is especially effective towards one Loomian type, having 3.5 times the potency of a Capture Disc when used on a Loomian that has a type the disc is effective on. Its capture rate is the same as that of a Capture Disc when used on a Loomian which it is not especially effective against.

- The Archaic Disc bears a slight resemblance to the Matrix of Leadership from Transformers, particularly the Generation 1 version.
- The Ghost Trap is the only disc without the word "disc" in its name.
- This is because the name is a reference to the popular movie franchise Ghostbusters.
